Damage Deposit

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is required 30 days in advance during Low and Shoulder seasons and 45 days in advance during the Regular and Peak seasons.

A valid credit card or $500 deposit (note: some vacation homes may require a larger deposit) is required as a damage deposit to cover expenses for material damage (damage beyond normal wear and tear) or lost or stolen items during the guest's stay. By the action of booking the property, the guest provides authority to Ultimate Resort Management to recover the full extent of the expenses plus a 20% service charge at its sole discretion. The damage deposit will be returned within 14 days of check-out minus any damage claims.

The deposit policy will be disclosed at the time of booking and may differ from the above stated policy.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made outside of 30 days during Value and Shoulder seasons and 45 days during Regular and Peak seasons will forfeit their deposit. Cancellations made within 30 to 15 days for Value and Shoulder seasons and 45 to 30 days for Regular and Peak seasons will forfeit 50% of the total stay. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival during Value and Shoulders seasons and 29 days of arrival during Regular and Peak seasons are fully non-refundable. In the event of a non-refundable cancellation, Ultimate Resort Management will extend a credit equal to the original booking value, minus a $100Cdn re-booking fee, that can be used against a future stay (within 12 months of the original arrival date). Ultimate Resort Management encourages purchasing trip insurance.
