Kimberley is located in the heart of the Kootenay Mountains of the Purcell Range in the South East corner of British Columbia.

Kimberley is easily accessed from the 95A Highway, being approximately 20 minutes from Cranbrook and a scenic four-hour drive from Calgary. Kimberley is readily accessible by air, being about 12 minutes drive from the soon-to-be expanded Cranbrook International Airport.

Driving Directions

Kimberley is located in the Southeast corner of British Columbia. Kimberley is a 3 hour drive from Banff, AB and a 4 hour drive from Calgary, AB and Spokane, WA. The US border is only an hour and a half drive from Kimberley.

From the North

From Radium follow highway 93/95 South, and continue driving South on Highway 95A to Kimberley. Canadian Mountain Cabins is located just west of Marysville, which is moments South of Kimberley. Turn right onto St. Mary Lake Road and turn left at the Cabins.Campground.

From the South

Going through the US Kingsgate Border Crossing, follow Highway 95 North, continue on Highway 3/95 to Cranbrook, and continue on Highway 95A North to Marysville. Turn left on to St. Mary Lake Road, and turn left at the Cabins/Campground.

From the West

From Vancouver follow Highway 3 to Cranbrook, then follow highaway 95A North to Marysville. Turn left on to St. Mary Lake Road, and turn left at the Cabins/Campground.

From the East

From Fernie follow Highway 3/93 to Cranbrook, then follow Highway 95A North to Marysville. Turn left on to St. Mary Lake Road, and turn left at the Cabins/Campground.

By Air

There are daily flights from Calgary, AB and Vancouver, BC flying into Cranbrook. Drive approximately 12 minutes on Highway 95A North to Marysville. Turn left on to St. Mary Lake Road, and turn left at the Cabins/Campground.
